Simple “6” Step Buying Process

1. Financing
   A pre-approval from a mortgage lender, gives you the comfort of knowing how much you can afford and what your monthly payments will be.
2. Needs & wants
   Determining your location choice, lifestyle and property type based on the current market and within your pre-approved limit.
3. Home Search
   Provide you with information on available listings that meet your personal criteria.
4. Viewing Homes
   Schedule and view listings in a timely manner. I explain the importance of looking beyond aesthetics and look at the property structures.
5. Making an Offer
   I explain the offer process in extreme detail, search for comparable homes, review current market conditions and lead you through the negotiating process.
6. Closing
   Prior to closing I provide a checklist of important tasks to complete such as hiring a legal professional, obtaining home insurance, change of address notifications, contact utility companies, and meet your lawyer on closing day to sign closing paperwork and collect the KEYS TO YOUR NEW HOME!
