Simple “6” Step Selling Process

1. Preparing for your home sale
   My knowledge and expertise of prospective buyers allows me to suggest home preparations to give the right impression on the right buyer.
2. Pricing your home
   I price your property to attract an abundance of potential buyers and increase the opportunity for a quick sale at top dollar.
3. Listing your home
   I explain the process and documentation every step of the way from the listing agreement, marketing, showing requests and offer options.
4. Marketing your home
   I prepare a personalized marketing plan to connect to prospective buyers through MLS, websites, signs, online and print advertising.
5. Negotiating offers
   I receive and explain all offers, to ensure you understand and then explain the negotiation process before you provide acceptance.
6. Closing Day
   Prior to closing day, your lawyer will meet with you to manage the closing documentation. Utility companies will need to be contacted before the ownership is officially transferred to the buyer.
